Although there are many alternative to inserting ads within your blog, Google Adsense is still one of the best paying platforms in 2020. Google Adsense is a program run by Google that lets publishers (ex: blogger, companies etc.) insert an ad in their website space. The ad can take shape as a video, text, image etc. What I like about Google Adsense so much is that it lets personalize your ad when it comes to the size (horizontal and vertical) and Wordpress automatically insert the ads for you at an optimized time schedule.

For payment, Adsense functions by 1000 page views. For example, if you're getting on average 10 clicks per day. It would would translate to 300 clicks per month, meaning 10 clicks per day = 300 clicks per month. So if the Cost-Per-Click os $0.20, then for 300 clicks it becomes $60 per month.  The trick to receiving solid income is to writing more quality blog posts, so you can get consistent traffic every month!


2.Affiliate Marketing

Contrary to belief, certain affiliate programs do accept beginners bloggers to promote their product or service. If you have a knack for business or you always wanted to help by offering a specific service within your niche, I sure opening up a E-commerce can be a good opportunity for you, as far as getting more website traffic and creating a loyal fan base readers who ends up being your customers. To successfully monetize your blog, you don't need to spend a ton of money in order to create a lucrative e-commerce.

It can be as simple as selling a digital e-book where you offer a list of food recipes, fitness tips or it can be you offering consulting advice for people who are wanting to open their very own business. Giving consulting advice involves analyzing their targeted audience. logo design, digital marketing strategies etc. It's a smart to get the word out and make your blog more public.
